Through a convenient self check-in system, guests can arrive at any time! A secure lockbox located outside the gate will contain the keys needed to access the villa.

Through the gate, you’ll enter the garden that leads directly to the front door.

GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO PRESENT IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTS (PASSPORT OR ID CARD), in accordance with law RIF. c 1,2 art. 109 T.U.P.S.-art. 1-2 D.M. 07/01/2013. The lockbox code will be automatically sent through the online check-in process.

For any needs, Lisa is always at your disposal, offering assistance 7 days a week. A concierge service is available (except during the night) via chat, ready to answer any questions—from how to operate the air conditioning to the best restaurant in the area, from a manicure spa to the nearest parking spot.

ACTV Bus Line: Bus N5 takes you to Venice (Piazzale Roma) in 15-20 minutes, or to the airport in the opposite direction in 2 minutes.

- Every 15 minutes from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM

- Every 30 minutes from 5:00 AM to 7:00 AM and from 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM

- Every 20 minutes on public holidays

From the airport, public water transport services are available to Venice, Murano, Burano, Torcello, the cruise terminal, and the Lido of Venice.

Tourist Tax:

- February 1 - December 31:** €4 per day per person, up to 5 consecutive days. Ages 10-16: €2.
