With multiple sleeping arrangements, this splendid apartment is ideal for any type of traveler. It features a bedroom and a living room with a double sofa bed.

Each room offers the right amount of privacy, whether you're a group of friends or a large family. The affordable price, however, makes it perfect for solo travelers or a simple couple. In fact, there is 1 double bed and a comfortable double sofa bed.

The bathroom provides a spacious shower cabin, a large bathtub, complete sanitary facilities, and a hairdryer. A complimentary Welcome Kit with shampoo and shower gel is available.

Additionally, there is a washing machine with detergent and fabric softener, an iron and ironing board, which are useful for those staying for several days and don't want to carry too much luggage.

In addition to towels of various sizes, you will find sheets, blankets, a duvet, and everything you need to make your stay perfect.

Various compartments are also available to accommodate all your personal belongings, including suitcases. You'll always have plenty of space and maximum comfort.

The kitchen is spacious, with a large table. Through a convenient self-check-in mechanism, guests can arrive at any time! A safety box, located outside the gate, will contain the keys to access the apartment.

IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTS (PASSPORT OR IDENTITY CARD) MUST BE PRESENTED, as required by law, Ref. c 1.2, art. 109 T.U.P.S. - art. 1-2 D.M. 07/01/2013. The opening code for the safety box will be automatically sent through online check-in.

Through the shared gate, you can access the garden, which leads directly to the entrance door.

THE APARTMENT IS ON THE GROUND FLOOR, LOCATED TO THE RIGHT, AFTER THE ENTRANCE GATE. THERE IS NO NEED TO CLIMB STAIRS.

There is the option to park cars along the driveway or in the vicinity.

For any need, Lisa is always at your disposal, providing assistance 7 days a week. A concierge service is available (except during the night) via chat, where you can ask any questions, from how the air conditioning works to the best restaurant in the area, from the nearest parking to the SPA for manicures.
